These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dot Clash, a web-based multiplayer strategy game operated by Dot Clash Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Dot Clash, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dot Clash. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.
Google accounts. When you sign in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your login credentials with others.
Guest sessions. Guest sessions are anonymous and temporary. Stats and progress from guest sessions are not guaranteed to persist. We are not responsible for any loss of guest session data.
Usernames. You may customise your username within the platform. Usernames must not impersonate other users, be offensive, or violate these Terms. We reserve the right to change or remove usernames that violate this policy.

Billing. Dot Clash Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($39.99/year). Payments are processed by Whop. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by law.
Feature availability. Pro features are provided "as is". We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove Pro features with reasonable notice. Material reductions in Pro features will be communicated in advance.
Refunds. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Dot Clash, including its name, logo, game design, code, and all related assets, is owned by Dot Clash Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Dot Clash, nor may you reverse-engineer any part of the software.
Usernames and any content you submit to the platform remain your property. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and store that content for the purpose of operating the service.
We do not sell your content to third parties.
Dot Clash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for the actions of other players or for any content exchanged between players.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dot Clash Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use Dot Clash.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Dot Clash at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dot Clash Technologies is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by in-game notice or email. Continued use of Dot Clash after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
